eLearning Instructional Designer

We are looking for an innovative and creative person to join our eLearning development team. You will have good experience designing and creating bespoke eLearning
courseware using a variety of development tools. We create eLearning courses using Luminosity Studio and you will need to master this tool and use it regularly.
Due to the nature of some of our work you will need to have valid security clearance or be subject to such security clearance as a pre-requisite.
Key skills:
Good initiative and ability to adapt to changing situations
Strengths in working with customers and internal staff to create educationally advanced learning materials in a wide variety of topic areas

Excellent understanding of instructional design principles

IT Pro Subject Matter Experts
We are currently seeking experienced IT professionals with excellent written and verbal communications skills to work on training materials in the following or similar Microsoft technology areas:
Windows Client platform
Windows Server platform
Exchange Server 2007 and 2010
System Center
Experience of working with infrastructure networking and security technologies, including the areas of regulatory compliance, identity and access management, cryptography,
certificates, and secure communications will be an advantage.
Candidates are likely to have experience teaching technical training materials and have achieved an MCSE certification or be able to demonstrate equivalent expertise with
real-world experience. The role will require you to create technical content and technical training materials adhering to Content Master's high standards. You will
need to be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
